Invoicing

After to have completed the sale and verified the corrected transaction of purchase, will be send by e-mail the digital invoice in not modifiable format .pdf, that certify the purchase of the product. Tax

Resident in Italy, for company and private, tax for the 20%

Resident in the European union, for company, tax free (according to art.7, 4° codic, lett. e - DPR 633/72)

Resident in the European Union, for privates, tax for 20%

Resident in extra CEE countries , for privates and companies, free (according to art.7, 4° codicil, lett. F - DPR 633/72)

Shipment

The shipment of the purchase product is exclusively for direct download with detailed lists in attached to email with address declared from the customer. Are not previewed that we send software ib fisic support (floppy, CDROM, DVD, etc) and they will not estimate in shipment cost.
